Executive Essentials is a two-day, in-person intensive designed specifically for Executive Directors and CEOs in their first five years of leadership.
This moment in your leadership matters, and you shouldn’t have to go it alone.
Hosted by Morten Group, LLC, this hands-on values-centered intensive will offer practical tools and peer connection with sessions on board development, fundraising, program evaluation, and much more.

You should apply for Executive Essentials if you:
Are a CEO/Executive Director (most senior position), or will be by September 11, 2025
Have been in an CEO/Executive Director position for five years or fewer
Are committed to participating in two full-day sessions

Tuition for Executive Essentials is $795.00, including meals and materials.
A $400 (50%) deposit will be due upon completion of your registration.
Final payment will be due no later than Tuesday, September 2.
Organizations with budgets below $1M can receive a discounted rate.

Each day will begin with a light breakfast and networking at 8:30am and will conclude at 5:15pm.
